Well, the day has finally arrived. Andrew had a wonderful first day of school. Brian and I both walked him to his bus stop and then both followed him to school to watch him get off the bus. We even walked him to his classroom. Andrew was so excited to go to school and really enjoyed his first day. I didn't have time to cry, they are trying to move the entire AM class to PM. I stayed after walking Andrew to his classroom to speak with the principal. She more or less blew us off but gave us a letter explaining the situation. Needless to say, I'm not happy, but am trying my best to not let it overcloud such a joyous occasion. Below are video and pictures of Andrew's first day. I hope you enjoy!
